A cruise ship from India with 904 staff on board that had dropped anchor at the anchorage off Limassol port on Saturday in order to refuel departed on Sunday morning, the CNA reports.
The ship called Celebrity Constellation was informed by Cypriot authorities of a travel ban in force to contain Covid-19.
The refueling process was completed around 9:30 pm on Saturday evening and the ship could therefore sail away on Sunday.
