In an announcement on Monday afternoon, the Health Ministry said that it had been notified by the Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics of 13 new confirmed cases.

They are

The epidemiological monitoring unit has started tracing the contacts of the 13 new cases and will carry out tests, the ministry added.

In addition, in coordination with the state health services organisation (Okipi) it will reassess the situation at Paphos Hospital.

The ministry said there are now 46 confirmed cases of which 25 are from contact with others who had tested positive.
