A cold front is affecting the island bringing along high winds, cold temperatures, and dumping rain and powerful storms from Monday evening till late Wednesday.
This is what the Meteorology Service said on Monday, adding that snow is also expected to fall on Troodos mountains.
But the cold weather is expected to subside by Wednesday evening, with Thursday forecasted to be clear and mostly sunny.
Temperatures are also set to rise as from Thursday.
