Cold but mainly fine on Thursday with early morning frost in mountain areas, according to the island’s Meteorology Service.
Winds will be variable, initially moderate to strong, 3 to 4 Beaufort, turning very strong in coastal areas by midday, force 5 to 6 Beaufort.
The sea will be slight turning rough in the west and north.
The temperature will rise to 13 C inland, 14 C in coastal areas and 3 C in the mountains.
