The Scuba Diving Support Centre (SDSC) in Protaras is organising a beach and underwater clean up on July 20.
It says that the clean up will start at 5 pm on Malama beach.
The company will provide scuba tanks for divers (or fill their own tanks for free), as well as gloves and nets to participants.
Divers who are interested in joining the effort are urged to contact SDSC by Friday, 5 pm at 70077372 and bring their qualification cards on Saturday to receive a tank.
