The British Bases have confirmed that one further member of the British Forces Cyprus community yesterday (May 13) tested positive for COVID-19. The individual is currently in self-isolation and displaying only mild symptoms
This brings the total number of positive tests within the British Bases to 12.
“British Forces Cyprus continues to align with the Republic of Cyprus as we respond to this illness together,” the Bases said in a written statement.
The Bases had also confirmed a positive coronavirus case on May 12.
