Bag with €10,000 reported stolen from group of tourists

Police are investigating the reported theft of a bag containing €10,000 from an Egyptian tourist, philenews reported.

The case was reported by the travel agent of a group of 30 Egyptian tourists. He said that the theft took place in a hotel in Limassol, shortly after the group’s arrival at Paphos airport.

Police is looking for a 43 year old woman, a member of the group, to facilitate investigations.

A warrant has been issued for her arrest and she is currently wanted.

Paphos police are investigating the case.
