Especially for those who are thinking of either taking the next step in life and started looking for a home, or for those whose lease has expired or will expire in the coming months. They are all waiting now to be informed by the landlord about the increase in the new year.
Philenews research shows that some apartments for rent do not exceed the €900 limit and in some cases they are also furnished but the majority are several years old.
For example, the rent for a two-bedroom apartment in Engomi which is 85 sq.m big and constructed in 2002 is €750.
Also, a two-bedroom 80 sq. m apartment in Engomi has a rent of €800. A three- bedroom apartment of 135 sqm in Dasoupoli area goes for €800 monthly.
A three-bedroom apartment in Palliouriotissa, built in 1990, is rented out for €750 per month. A three-bedroom apartment in Agios Dometios has a rent of €900, while a two-bedroom apartment of 87 sqm in Strovolos is rented out for €750 per month.
Moreover, a three-bedroom apartment in Acropolis is rented out for €800 and a two-bedroom apartment in Strovolos goes out for €750.
