Another scorcher on Monday with a new yellow alert already issued since temperatures are expected to rise to 41 C inland.
The island’s Met Service also said that temperatures will rise to 33 C in the west and north coasts, 35 in the south and east coasts, and 32 C in the mountains.
Winds will be variable, light to moderate, force three to four Beauford, over smooth to slight seas.
