A 52 year old from Nicosia was arrest on Sunday for driving a stolen car after he was stopped by traffic police on the Nicosia – Limassol highway.
Police said that around 1:30 on Sunday morning the Accident Prevention Unit stopped a car on the Nicosia – Limassol highway for a routine check.
Further investigation showed that the car was reported stolen on October 3 2019 and the 52 year old was placed under arrest.
