The “Health Ministry” in the non-government-controlled areas announced on Thursday that there have been 501 new Covid-19 cases, following 9,947 tests.
According to the Turkish Cypriot media, all confirmed cases are local, increasing the total since the beginning of the pandemic to 72,290 cases.
Some 43 patients are being treated at the “reference hospital,” six of who are in the ICU.
