The 50-year-old suspect in the case of abducting Eitan Biran, a 6-year-old boy who was the only survivor of a cable-car crash in Italy, today appeared before the Limassol District court.
After studying the evidence, the Court decided that the man will remain free under conditions until the day of his trial.
Specifically, the 50-year-old is asked to sign for a cash guarantee of 200,000 euros, must submit his travel documents, appear at a Police Station twice a day, and must stay in the district of Limassol.
The date for the expulsion request is 2 December. It is reminded that the authorities received a European warrant from the Italian authorities for the arrest of the 50-year-old.
