A 34 year old Cypriot with a Swiss passport who is wanted by Swiss authorities for manslaughter and injury leading to death, was arrested at Larnaca airport on Tuesday morning.
The alleged offences were committed in 2009. The man was arrested after it was determined that an arrest warrant had been issued and his name was on the stop list.
He is being held at Aradippou police station and Europol has been informed.
