There are currently 31 patients being treated for Covid-19 at Famagusta General Hospital, which is the referral hospital for coronavirus.
Three are in the increased care unit.
One patient was transferred to the hospital today from Larnaca General Hospital after testing positive while another, who was in the suspect cases ward at Paphos and yesterday tested positive, will be transferred in the afternoon.
Two patients are expected to be discharged today and transferred to
Eden Resort Rehabilitation, Wellness, Assisted Living in Tersephanou until they test negative. One of them had been treated in the increased care unit.
One person was discharged yesterday and went home to remain in self-isolation for 14 days.
