Only three people are allowed in each car under the new lockdown decree, the Transport Ministry said on Tuesday.
The announcement follows publication on Monday night of tougher restrictions on movement.
One of the measures is a three person limit to cars including the driver.
The rule applies to taxis and private vehicles.
