A 22 year old who crashed into an electricity pole in Paphos was arrested for driving without insurance and road tax and will also have to pay for the damage.
The young man lost control of his double cabin truck which crashed into an electricity pole, severing power cables. Police investigations determined that the car had been declared as immobilised from the beginning of 2017.
The 22 year old was not injured. He was charged with driving without insurance and circulation licence and will have to pay EAC the cost of the damage incurred.
