A 21 year old British tourist is in serious condition in Nicosia Hospital after he was attacked by other British tourists in Ayia Napa early on Tuesday morning.
Police said the tourist was taken to the casualty ward of Famagusta General Hospital around 4.30 am with injuries, including to the head and nose. Because of the serious nature of his condition he was transferred to Nicosia Hospital.
According to witnesses the young man was attacked by 12 other British tourists who are being sought by the police.
