Police booked six individuals and four shop owners all across Cyprus over the past 24 hours for violating measures aiming to curb the spread of Covid-19.
This is what the Force told the CNA, adding that they had carried out 2,571 checks island-wide.
In Nicosia, after 1,172 checks no fines were issued and in Limassol 210 checks led to one individual and two shop owners getting booked.
In Larnaca, one individual and 2 shop owners were reported after 433 checks whike in Pafos 1 shop owner and 1 individual were booked after 102 checks.
In Famagusta, police reported 2 individuals after 416 checks while in Morphou 149 checks were carried out with no reports issued.
