A total of 16 Chinese-manufactured hoverboards have been withdrawn from the Cypriot market due to safety concerns, the Labour Inspection Department announced on Thursday.
It said that the products did not meet the minimum EU health and safety requirements .

The Department urges the public to contact authorities in case it sees the products in the Cypriot market.
