On the basis of the results of the Passengers Survey, 166,175 residents of Cyprus returned from a trip abroad in July 2019 compared to 164,376 in the corresponding month last year, recording an increase of 1.1%, Cystat said on Monday.
In July 2019 there was an increase of 33.8% in the trips of residents to Russia (9,416 in July 2019 compared to 7,040 in July 2018), while a decrease of 8,7% was recorded for trips to Greece as well as for the trips to the United Kingdom.
