Spice Girl Melanie Brown and former England manager Roy Hodgson were among those receiving honours at Buckingham Palace.
Melanie Brown was awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) by the Duke of Cambridge, while Hodgson was made a CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire).
