Two men and a girl were shot near a building on Van Ness and Connecticut Avenue in Washington, D.C. on Friday, April 22.
University of District of Columbia (UDC) Van Ness campus was in lockdown, and the DC Police told residents in the surrounding area to shelter in place after the incident.
