Butter the sheets of pastry crust and spread them out on a dish. Cook them in a 1800C preheated oven until they turn golden brown.
Put the anari into a blender along with the sugar, walnuts, cinnamon, and rosewater and blend them all together until they become a consistent mixture.
Place the crushed pastry crust in a plate with a little bit of honey and walnuts, and on top, pour the anari mixture and serve immediately.
If you want you can make “nests” with the crushed pastry crust and fill them with the anari mixture.a

50g anari cheese, 50g sugar
20ml honey, 20g grounded walnuts
Ground cinnamon, 10ml rosewater
