Friday will be mainly fine, although there will be low cloud mainly on the west and north coasts early in the morning, while in the afternoon there will be increased cloud mainly in the mountains.
Temperatures will be 39 C inland, around 32 C on the east and south coasts and around 31 C on the remaining coasts and in the mountains.
Tonight will be mainly fine although there may local patchy fog and low cloud in the early hours of the morning. Temperatures will fall to 21 C inland and on the west and north coasts, around 23 C on the east and south coasts and 19 C in the mountains.
The weekend and Monday will be mainly fine with increased local cloud at intervals.
Temperatures will edge up over the weekend, remaining at the same levels on Monday at slightly above average for the time of year.
