Weak low pressure is beginning to affect the area. Tuesday will be mainly fine with increased local cloud in the afternoon.
Temperatures will rise to 18 C inland and on the west coast, around 20 C inland and the remaining coasts and 10 C in the higher Troodos peaks.
Tonight will be mainly fine. Temperatures will fall to 7 C inland, around 9 C on the south and east coasts, around 10 C on the west and north coasts and around 1 C in the higher Troodos peaks where locally there will be frost.
Wednesday will be mainly fine but locally there will be increased cloud.
Thursday will be mainly cloudy, mainly with high cloud, and there is a possibility of isolated rain in the south in the afternoon.
Friday there will be intervals of mainly fine weather and intervals of cloud which may lead locally to scattered showers mainly before midday. In the higher Troodos peaks there may be snow or sleet.
Temperatures will edge up on Wednesday, mainly inland and in the mountains, to higher than average for the time of year. On Thursday they will edge down and remain at the same levels at close to the seasonal average on Friday.
The depth of snow at Troodos Square at the time of issue of the early morning bulletin was 52 C.
