The Limassol Water Board announced specific areas where possible water supply interruptions may occur due to yesterday’s severe weather and the significant damage to the electrical network in the Yermasogeia area.
According to the relevant announcement, possible interruptions may occur in the Municipality of Yermasogeia, in the areas of Paniotis, Strongylos, and Kefalokremmos, in the Municipality of Agios Athanasios in the area of Sfalaggiotissa, and in the communities of Finikaria and Mouttagiaka.
Until the electricity supply to the affected areas is restored by the Electricity Authority of Cyprus, the Council urges the public to limit water consumption in these areas.
