Members of the Anti-Drug Police Unit (YKAN Unit, Limassol), conducted an investigation yesterday based on a judicial warrant at a residence in Limassol.
During the search, which took place in the presence of the two occupants of the house, aged 29 and 24, a shoulder bag was found containing four factory-made fireworks, three improvised explosive devices, and a plastic bottle containing flammable material.
Additionally, inside the house, in a waste basket, a transparent nylon bag was found, containing a small quantity of cannabis.
Both individuals were arrested for immediate offenses and placed under detention to facilitate further investigations.
The YKAN Unit (Limassol Division) and the Polymedia Police Station continue their inquiries.
