In the Official Gazette of the Republic, new job opportunities within the Public Service have been officially disclosed. Specifically:
According to notification number 1440 published in the Official Gazette of the Republic on 15 December 2023, ten permanent positions for Social Insurance Officers at the Social Insurance Services are now open for applications.
Applications are accepted exclusively through the website of the Public Service Commission or via the designated section on the website under “Employment and Insurance-> Applications-> Appointment or Promotion in the Public Service” until Friday, 5 January 2024, at 14:00.
To proceed with the electronic application, the applicant must be a registered user on the Government Gateway. Verification of applicants at a Citizen Service Center or another authorized center is not required.
The applicant selects the position of interest and completes the application fields. Successful submission of the application requires the completion of all mandatory fields.
Approved Salary Scales: A8: €24,500 to €37,667, A10: €34,284 to €47,396, and A11: €40,525 to €53,637. (Combined Scales). Any general salary increases approved by legislation are added to the salary. Additionally, a merit-based allowance is paid, according to the percentage approved by the Government from time to time.
