Accompanied by their teachers, students from Agia Fylaxeos Gymnasium sang Christmas carols in the courthouse, adding a different and festive note to the atmosphere.
According to information from philenews, this is the second day that students sing carols at various government offices, aiming to raise funds for underprivileged students at their school and for fellow citizens in need.
Even though today is a school day, the students opted to spread holiday cheer by singing carols instead of staying at home.
Speaking to philenews, an educator expressed visible emotion, stating that the children’s act sends a message to the government.
The students are raising funds for their less fortunate classmates at a time when even resources for education are scarce.
