A 29 year old man was arrested this morning in connection with a case of mass assault and grievous bodily harm against one man, an incident that took place in Limassol on Epiphany Day.
He was the sixth suspect to be apprehended, following further arrests of five other people, aged 17 to 25. Authorities have issued warrants against and are seeking at least ten to fifteen other individuals.
According to the evidence being considered, the man was assaulted in the early hours of Epiphany Day by a group of 15-20 people and suffered serious injuries to his face.
