The supply of electricity has been restored at the Nicosia General Hospital following a power outage on Monday morning.
According to philenews, the hospital’s generators failed to operate effectively, resulting in a series of complications.
Both visitors and staff found themselves stranded in elevators.
Furthermore, complications arose regarding inpatient appointments.
The outage lasted approximately 1.5 hours, during which the hospital said it used “other measures” to power its intensive care unit and operating rooms.
