A 73-year-old woman, Chrystalla Erotokritou, has died in Nicosia General Hospital after sustaining injuries in a road collision in Larnaca on April 2.
Erotokritou was struck by a car driven by a 64-year-old man on Zenonos Kitieos Avenue in Livadia at approximately 11:30 am, according to police investigating the incident.
The circumstances of the collision remain under investigation.
Erotokritou was initially transferred to Larnaca General Hospital before being intubated and transported to Nicosia General Hospital for further treatment.
She succumbed to her injuries late on April 8.
The Oroklini Police Station continues to investigate the incident.
