The campaign of the Paphos Traffic Police for zero fatal accidents or other serious incidents on the province’s roads during the days of Easter is being intensified, aiming to ensure that the holidays in Paphos conclude without tragedies on the asphalt, as unfortunately happened at Christmas with the tragic death of 57-year-old Kyriakos Economides from Yiolou.
The goal of the force is continuous and increased policing so that everything runs smoothly from this perspective and to prevent the transformation of joy into sorrow and mourning for some of our compatriots again.
According to officials of the Paphos Police Directorate, these checks will be conducted intensively both on the primary and secondary road network of the province in order to prevent the actions of those reckless drivers responsible for causing accidents.
