In a road collision that occurred yesterday afternoon in the Limassol province, a 34-year-old motorcyclist from Limassol was seriously injured.
The collision took place around 4:30 pm yesterday on the Mallia – Kissousa road.
Under circumstances being investigated by the police, the 34-year-old lost control of the motorcycle he was riding, causing it to veer off the road and crash into a concrete wall.
The 34-year-old, injured, was initially taken to Limassol General Hospital, where it was determined that he suffered a subdural hematoma in the brain and a fracture in his leg.
Due to his health condition, he was transferred to Nicosia General Hospital, where he underwent surgery and remained hospitalized. His condition is described as serious.
Pachna Police Station is investigating the causes of the collision.
