The Department of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment issues the 1st call for the Economic Support Scheme, which aims to construct fencing to protect crops from wildlife and to compensate for damages caused to crops by moufflons.

The Scheme aims to take measures to protect crops from wildlife and to compensate for the loss of income of farmers in cases of damage to agricultural production, given moufflon is a protected species.
