Starting today, the traffic camera system is extending its reach to Larnaca, with the deployment of 18 fixed cameras across six locations.
At the intersection of Spyros Kyprianou Avenue and Alexandrou Panagoulis, four camera devices are now operational.
Simultaneously, two camera devices are at the junction of Archbishop Makarios III Avenue and Archbishop Kyprianou Avenue.
Over at the intersection of Artemidos Avenue and Faneromenis, another four devices have been activated to monitor violations.
Meanwhile, at the junction of Spyros Kyprianou Avenue, Luther King, and Pavlos Valsamidis streets, an additional four camera devices are now in action.
Expanding beyond intersections, two camera devices are positioned on the Larnaca – Dhekelia road after the 15-kilometre mark, while another pair is stationed after the eight-kilometre mark.
These devices will exclusively focus on speeding and blatant violations.
