A fire broke out on Sunday afternoon (26/05) near the cemetery of the community of Moutayiakka, in the Limassol district.
According to the Fire Service, the fire is burning dry grass and wild vegetation.
Three fire trucks from Limassol stations and three more from the Forestry Department responded to the call.
The Forestry Department’s aircraft and two Jordanian helicopters are taking off to support the ground forces.
