A fire broke out in dry grass and wild vegetation on Wednesday afternoon (08/05) in plots of land in Ypsonas towards Kolossi.
According to the Fire Service spokesperson, Andreas Kettis, firefighting vehicles from the Limassol stations and the British Bases responded.
As he reports, there are residences in the area. The primary concern of the firefighting teams, he adds, is to protect them in case they are threatened.
