A fire broke out shortly before midnight at a barber shop owned by a Cypriot resident of Paphos, located on Ellados Avenue.
Firefighters and police officers rushed to the scene.
The fire caused serious damage to the property, while the barber shop’s equipment was completely destroyed, indicating that the fire was deliberately set.
Meanwhile, as the police were conducting investigations at the scene, they received a message that a bomb had been placed in a vehicle parked in a residential parking area.
The area has been cordoned off, and investigations will continue with the first light of day.
