Today, Easter Monday, the weather will be initially fine but increased cloud coverage and local showers are once again expected in the afternoon, according to the Met Service.
The winds will be variable. These breezes will be of low intensity, reaching Force 3 on the Beaufort scale. As the day unfolds, expect a gradual increase of the winds to Force 4 Beaufort. The sea will be smooth to slight.
Temperatures will be around 25 C in inland areas and western coasts, 26 C in all other coastal areas, and hovering about 15 C in the higher mountains.
