Today, Sunday, is expected to be hot again with local mist or fog and low clouds expected at night, according to the island’s Met Service.
Initially, the winds will be variable. These breezes will be of medium intensity, reaching Force 3 on the Beaufort scale. As the day unfolds, expect a gradual shift to mainly southwestern winds, increasing to Force 4-5 Beaufort. The sea will be smooth to slight.
Temperatures will be around 39 C in inland areas, 31 C in western coasts, hovering about 35 C along the southern and eastern coasts, around 36 C in northern coastal areas, and 28 C in the higher mountains.
