To facilitate wheelchair users voting, a number of special polling stations have been secured so they can exercise their voting rights smoothly.
According to the Chief Electoral Officer, concurrently, the Cyprus Paraplegics Organization (CPO) will provide its members’ details to ensure they receive assistance at the polling stations they will be assigned to.
As stated in a release by the Ministry of Interior, wheelchair users who are not members of the CPO are requested to contact the Ministry of Interior by emailing [email protected] or faxing to 22 678 486 the following details:
