A 45-year-old woman found very seriously injured on the head in her apartment in Limassol on Wednesday, is being treated in a critical condition.
According to the police, around 3 pm on Wednesday, the 45-year-old was taken by ambulance from her home in Limassol and transferred to a private hospital, where it was found that she has a hematoma and a fracture of the head.
The 45-year-old woman underwent surgery, with her health condition being described as extremely critical by the attending physicians.
According to the 45-year-old woman’s flatmate, the previous evening the two had consumed alcohol in the apartment where they were staying, and shortly afterwards the woman developed a health problem.
Police are investigating all possibilities.
