The case of robbery, assault, illegal entry, malicious damage, and threat of violence is being investigated against a 30-year-old man who was arrested by the police in Limassol following a complaint from a 46-year-old woman.

According to the complainant’s statement, the suspect occasionally resided with her, and on eight different occasions between January and April 2024, he allegedly punched and slapped her in various parts of her body.

On April 25th, as reported by the 46-year-old, the suspect entered her house without her permission through the window, while on April 28th, he allegedly returned to her house and, under threat of a knife, is said to have taken her car keys, damaged curtains in the bedroom, and fled with her vehicle.

Yesterday, the 46-year-old reported the incident to the police, who obtained a judicial arrest warrant for the suspect, who was located at midnight after his vehicle was intercepted.

During a search of the vehicle, three bags containing white crystalline methamphetamine, totaling 5 grams, and the sum of €2890 in cash were found, which were seized as evidence.
