A new arrival of irregular migrants, this time in the border region of Tylliria, has put the authorities on alert.
Fifteen Syrians, who were on board a speedboat, arrived at dawn at the occupied Limnitis, and from there they crossed by road to the free areas and Kato Pyrgos of Tillyria, where they were spotted by a police patrol.
They were nine men, four women, and two children, eight years old.
The irregular migrants will be taken by bus to the Pournara migrant accommodation center in Kokkinotrimithia.
