Limassol Marina’s General Manager is Nikiforos Pampakas

Nikiforos Pampakas has been officially appointed as Limassol Marina’s General Manager replacing Andreas Christodoulides who stepped down last May. Pampakas was acting general manager up until a couple of months ago.

Before his recent appointment he held the position of Chief Marketing Officer and Commercial Director of the ambitious development.

In an article published in the special edition of Phileleftheros for 2020, Pambakas said the last stage of Limassol Marina’s development will be completed within 2020 and the aim is to maintain the high standard of services offered.

“Our clients – home and boat owners – who either manage large investment funds or are financially solid absolutely trust us and this means that, as far as operations go, we have to be absolutely perfect and accurate when it comes to property management, reception services, high quality facilities etc,” he said.

“We are very optimistic that the marina project will continue developing into a one-stop destination for all of the island’s visitors. And with the marina’s maturity, we hope to see occupancy rates increase and the berth size expand,” he added.

Castle Residences which is the marina development’s final phase is a cluster of properties on their own private island, expected to be delivered by September 2020. The complex includes apartments of two, three and four bedrooms, as well as maisonettes, with covered and uncovered terraces or sundecks.
