Kontides crowned world champion in Laser category

Cypriot sailor Pavlos Kontides on Friday won the world championship in the Laser category for the second consecutive year at Aarhus, successfully defending the gold medal he won in Split last year.

With his success at Aarhus, he has also become the first Cypriot athlete to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics.
