Cocktail bars are on a honeymoon stage in Cyprus for the last 2-3 years and this makes us really happy. Bartenders are now the new chefs. They create cocktails using ingredients usually found in the kitchen and playing around with herbs and spices. This means they come up with incredible blends, and you can see for yourself if you go out for a drink this spring. Here are six of our favourite picks:
