A few minutes before midnight on Saturday, serious incidents took place in Berlin between Olympiacos and Panathinaikos fans who are in the German city for the Final Four.
Authorities in the German city are talking about one seriously injured man, who was fighting for his life, and 11 injured, including two seriously.
The German media report that the fight took place at around 23:00 on Saturday and that the police had to be mobilised and several ambulances arrived at the scene.
A police spokesman speaking to the Berliner Zeitung confirmed that there was a clash, but did not want to give more details about how many people were involved or what caused it. He added that police officers had had difficulty in containing the crowd.
