The 50 largest property deals in Cyprus totalled over €78 million in March, with a €28 million office complex sale in the Germasogeia municipality topping the list, according to data from Ask Wire.
The top 10 sales alone reached €48.1 million. The most expensive transaction was the sale of an office complex in Potamos Germasogeia.
Limassol accounted for four of the top 10 sales, with transactions totalling €36.1 million.
Nicosia and Paphos each saw two sales on the list, with property values reaching €4.2 million in both cities.
Larnaca also recorded two sales, with a combined value of €3.7 million.
